Resident club membership
Glynlea states that every resident is a club member with access to the Club Campus. Golf memberships are available for an additional fee, so the resident club program and golf program are related but not identical.

Lennar supplies twin-home, 40-foot, and 50-foot plans; Dream Finders lists four current plans; Perry offers 50- and 60-foot collections with the largest published plan range.
Club Campus
The ten-acre campus is planned around resort and lap pools, racquet sports, wellness facilities, dining, spa services, and an event lawn. Official pages distinguish opened golf facilities from club-campus elements still described through plans and conceptual renderings.
